Spaceship looking boss which is a mini version of the Big Core MK II, first appearance in Gradius II GOFER no Yabou.

The final enemy in the game is this samurai Moai, who even attacks by spitting out rings! Of course, destroying the cameras in the room will reveal that the Moai is actually the castle lord using a holographic disguise, but the reference remains just the same.
