A 1987 music making game found on the FDS, this game has a Gradius 1 medley and a small Vic Viper sprite.

The music itself isn't that great and the game itself is strange and complicated (mostly since I don't know Japanese).

Seems this is a musical game, where you can manipulate the tunes and the instruments. You can seemingly do all kinds of stuff to the music, like change tempos, levels, etc.

You can also have a full band play the songs, (some graphics showing the drummer, guitarists, and a trumpet player), and a guy playing the tunes on piano.

Talk about a weird game!

I believe the name of the game is a play on Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do
