Aero Kit Guide - Rear Bumper

Removal

1 Driver side shown

Remove the two scrivets in the rear inside wheel arch, you will have to used a stubby screwdriver for this.

2 Its only clipped on

Pull off the rear wheel arch trim, behind these are a screw securing the bumper to the wheel arch.

3 Bumper removed for clarity

If you look up to the right of the exhaust there is bracket which secures the bumper to the aluminium crash bar, remove the bolt from underneath.

Pulled off the rubber bump stops and undo the two screws (left and right).

The bumper should just lift off, don't forget to unplug the fog lamp when removing it.

Install

6 The extra bracket

Attach this to the bumper but only hand tight.

Line up the bumper and install the bump stop screws.

Put the wheel arch screws in both side and put the wheel arch trim back on.

Install the two scrivets for each side, make sure that the bumper is pushed together with the wheel arch liner when doing this, you don't have to screw them, just push the screw bit into the other bit.

Go under the car to the right of the exhaust and screw in the bracket, now you can tighten the bolt where the fog lamp goes.

Pull the loom for the fog lamp through the hole, plug it in and then slide the fog lamp into it's hole.
