Xbox 360 Otomedius G - Platinum Collection

For anyone who's interested, Konami will be releasing a cheaper Platinum Collection Otomedius Gorgeous on 11th March 2010.

Original Release ¥6980 vs Platinum Collection ¥2940.

As it says at the bottom it's the same release as before, shame, they could have put all the extra download content (DLC) on the disc and made the game better value.

Dang, that's not much of a platinum collection then is it?

We can always hope they mean the DLC is included in the 'exact same content'. There might even be more.

Still hoping for a US release, here.

At the very least, they could release it in Japan without region codes. Some X-Box 360 games do that.

If a US release is too much of a gamble, Konami should pop it out without region codes and estimate how well a US release would sell by gauging how many people import it.

Yes. Cave took this route with Mushihime-sama Futari and now there is enough interest that Cave is localizing DeathSmiles for a US Release. As someone who imported Mushihimi-sama Futari and will buy DeathSmiles on release day, Konami needs to look at Cave as a fine example.
