Being a mech game, the Vic Viper now transforms into a giant robot. when you pilot it in the versus mode, you can use Force Field Shields, Options, Missiles, Lasers and the Ripple. There is also a secret mini game called "zoradius" that lets you play a Gradius 1 type of level in 3D, with all the gradius power ups, as well as old school music.

Leo Stenbuck pilots Vic Viper Star Fighter.

It plays a bit like Gradius Gaiden (or so I've been told).
